Partner FAQs

What is the turnaround time?

Photos will be sent to your account email within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Orders placed after 6:00pm EST are processed the next day.

 

Orders are sent throughout the day until 9:00pm EST.

Can corrections be made based on customers feedback?

Our Real View and 8K photos have unlimited corrections, both facial features and skin tone. Send us a message and one of our team members will make those corrections within 24 hours. 

What should I do if a customer is not happy with their order?

The accuracy of both Real View and 8K photos depends on the quality of the original ultrasound image sent. If a customers is not satisfied with their photo and does not wish to have any corrections or a new render made, send us a message for our team to evaluate and issue a refund*

 

*Refunds are issued at the discretion of our team based on a case-by-case basis. Following our ultrasound guide when choosing your picture ensures a refund is issued in case we do not meet your expectations. 

Can my studio's logo be included?

We are happy to include your studio's logo on all of your 8K and Real View orders at no added cost. Please send us an email with your logo as a PNG file once your partner account has been created. 

Do you offer samples?

We can provide sample images upon request. If you would like to try out our services with your own ultrasound pictures, please send us an email. 

Can multiple offices be added?

Absolutely! If you wish to place and receive orders in a single email you will need a single partner account to manage both. If separate correspondence is preferred a partner account will be made for each individual office.
