What is the turnaround time?

Photos are available for download within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

Orders are sent throughout the day until 9:00pm EST.

Where will I be able to download my photo?

Check your inbox for an email containing your unique download link to access all of your files. Order confirmation email will also include your download link once the order is fulfilled.

Check you SPAM folder if your order status says fulfilled, but there is no email from us in your inbox.

What is the difference between 8K and Real View?

Real View photos use a sensitive algorithm to transform your ultrasound picture into a near 1:1 photorealistic image, where the skin texture and skin tone are highly detailed.

8K photos use an algorithm that takes into account all of you baby's features and creates a colorized version.

What if I would like to adjust the facial features or skin tone of my baby's photo?

Our Real View and 8K photos have unlimited corrections. Send us a message and one of our team members will make those corrections within 24 hours.

Can I partner up my ultrasound studio?
